Join the demonstration on 21 June because...
"…because the government’s cuts programme is hammering the poorest and most vulnerable in society, destroying public services simply to create more profit-making opportunities for the rich.
There are now over five million people in Britain earning less than a living wage, and that number is growing year on year. We need a society where people are guaranteed decent work that takes them out of poverty, not deeper into it.
The People’s Assembly offers a positive alternative to the government’s nightmare of austerity. War on Want is proud to be part of the growing movement fighting for a better future for all".
